Floors and (Periodic) Tables

Posted November 16th, 2018

Lots more brilliant signs and graphics projects completed recently, including some stunning printed floor graphics which really grabbed people’s attention, and a giant periodic table display (as you do…!)

Printed Floor Graphics

Custom printed floor graphics and decals are growing in popularity and are a great way to promote your message. This was a cracking project for Dom & Nathan who fitted these stunning remembrance poppy floor and column graphics to the Lion Yard shopping centre. They immediately grabbed the attention of shoppers as soon as they were installed, showing once again what a powerful medium they are.

Continuing the theme of floor graphics, there’s no denying that Christmas is now getting close, with these shopping centre floor stickers promoting Santa’s Grotto. Christmas is coming!

Giant Periodic Table

Well, here’s a project we don’t see every day – a giant periodic table, for St Catharine’s College to mark the International Year of the Periodic Table! Individual printed sign panels with stakes were fitted to the courtyard. We knew the correct order to place them in, obviously!

Decorative Laminates

Another great project using architectural laminates to transform shop displays for John Lewis – this time in the Croydon store where we undertook a full day of wrapping walls, shelving and armoires. A great effort by Oscar and Nathan who  worked tirelessly all day to turn a faded and tired white look into slick looking matte grey smooth finished retail displays, completing an amazing transformation and massive cost saving compared to unit replacements.

Another great use for these tough decorative laminates is to transform tired and battered lifts and doors. On this project we stripped out these residential lifts and then cladd in composite boarding followed by architectural vinyl. Definitely the best and most cost effective way to refresh tired areas.

Site Hordings

Here’s some signage you won’t miss in a hurry! Building site hordings for a new development by Learig, with vibrant green panels in corporate colours.

We also completed this huge site hording graphic with James & Josh’s installation expertise, totally cladding this rather plain hording with graphics for the new exciting development project for the Bafta award winning game company.

Finally, congratulations to Josh for gaining his PASMA for Towers Users certification – another member of the team fully trained up!
